The Ancestry money grabbers are after our records!

ScotlandsPeople is under attack from Ancestry - if they succeed then access to Scottish records may become too difficult/expensive for us little guys in the future and we may not be able to post images as we now can.

    This is indeed worrying.

    Ancestry took photographs from my grandfather's photograph album and then attempted to sell them back to me!

    They have changed their policy now, but are not forgiven.
