Lord Paget, seen here on horseback during the Crimean War, is a cousin of Rosa Maria Paget, wife of Col John Douglas. Paget served in the Crimean War and fought at Alma and Balaclava in command of the 4th (The Queen's Own) Light Dragoons. Lord George has a niece, Violet, who married Rev. Sholto Douglas, 2nd Baron Bythswood, of Douglas Support.
