Hello William, I do some research and I find something very interesting on my ancestor and my family tree. Louis 1 Douglas (died in 1579), lord of Ployart, deputy of the nobility of Vermandois was married with Isabelle de Mandy (died in 1587). Louis 2 Douglas, born in 1567 died in 1607,( his son) was also Lord of Ployart, governor of Soissons and officer was married with Catherine d'Aumale. Sourc…
