Share 'Knight of Douglas Clan'

I found this drawing on Facebook, but did not recognise the crest. At first, I assumed that the bar was a cadency, indicating an eldest son, but perhaps it is meant to be a crown or coronet? There are about 16 different styles of crowns/coronets indicating differing ranks, from sovereign to barons.
