Alice Maude Douglas (daughter of Robert George Douglas and Eliza Hannah Bromley) was born 09 August 1871 in Adelaide, South Australia, and died date unknown. She married Julian Edmund Woods on 31 October 1889 in Trinity Church, Adelaide. South Australia, son of James Dominic Woods.

Robert George Douglas was a drover, Resided at Beltana, Adelaide, South Australia, who married and Eliza Hannah Bromley: 28 March 1870, Registry Office, Adelaide, South Australia

They had 10 children

Julian Edmund Tenison Woods (15 November 1832 – 7 October 1889) was an English Roman Catholic priest and geologist, active in Australia. With Saint Mary MacKillop, he helped to found the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart at Penola in 1866.
