Rachel father was Thomas Edwards Birth abt 1783 in Mynyddislwyn, Caerphilly,Monmouthshire Wales 
Death 23 Jan 1858 in Cymyrdderch, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales haven't found mother yet. will add you to my tree

Sussanah Warlow is her Daughter, Rachel was once cahrged with murder, acquitted as insane ! was a bigamist very interesting family

'My great-grandmother mother was a Douglas from Montrose' does not give many clues to follow up! But a bit of flesh on the bones makes further research possible. But if we are told who she married, what his profession was and where the children were baptised, then we can get to work.
