Mario Scoto, Count of Bagnacavallo, was an Italian nobleman who lived in the 19th century. He was a member of the Scoto family, which was a prominent family in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.

Bagnacavallo is a town in the province of Ravenna, in the region of Emilia-Romagna. The Scoto family had owned lands and properties in this area since the 16th century, and had been granted the title of Counts of Bagnacavallo by the Holy Roman Emperor.

Mario Scoto was born in Bologna in 1858. He was the son of Count Giuseppe Scoto and Countess Maddalena Bentivoglio. He inherited the title of Count of Bagnacavallo from his father.
