Comment by RICHARD L SCOTTI on January 31, 2024 at 21:48: I could not find a coat of arms like this in my Scotti research around Ponte Tresa, Lavena, Switzerland or Italy...William Douglas has a copy of the coat of arms I found so he would be a person or contact. Mine had a stripe top left to bottom right with 2 , 6 pointed stars, one on left and one on the right with a single fleur de lie on top. Colors varies from silver stripe to red background as best as I can tell. Richard L. Scotti.
