I would really appreciate any information on these two that any one has. They had a son, Hugh Douglas, 1713. I think their dates might be about 1688. If I can link these up to earlier Douglas' I can complete that branch of my family.Regards,SheilaSee More

I would really appreciate any information on these two that any one has. They had a son, Hugh Douglas, 1713. I think their dates might be about 1688. If I can link these up to earlier Douglas' I can complete that branch of my family.

'My great-grandmother mother was a Douglas from Montrose' does not give many clues to follow up! But a bit of flesh on the bones makes further research possible. But if we are told who she married, what his profession was and where the children were baptised, then we can get to work.
