Ronald , I have been saving these for some time [everything in this folder except the marriage record Of Thomas Drysdale to Mary Lyons]
The quit claim I found here https://sites.rootsweb.com/~mostodd2/landrecords/qclaim1d.htm
For some reason she only photographed the upper portions of the documents, with zero transcription capabilities, but it's legible but your copy's clear and crisp looking. I cleaned up your transcription a bit.
Seeing that Wlliam's post had an AI element in it, I thought I'd see if the Familysearch AI could do a better job:
After a few attempts, varying the search terms (took about 5 minutes) I located the document in question (+ a positive mark for the FS AI)
In the accompanying transcription, it was about 95% accurate in what it compiled, which isn't too bad, you can see for your selves here:
A pdf of the whole document + transcription with hyperlink enclosed below.
Quit Claim Thomas & Margaret Drysdale 1883
Best regards
NB Unfortunately the Familysearch AI can't do custom jobs for us, it only works on documents already held in its own archives
I asked William where this stuff came from and it seems like this was the Microsoft Copilot's AI transcription of your document.
Note for Microsoft - I think more work is needed there!
Best regards
Any relevance to this Thomas Drysdale and his second wife Margaret [Martin] Drysdale, escapes me.
This 1885 Quit-Claim Deed is a legal document that transfers any ownership interest Clarence and Margaret Reynolds might have had in a specific piece of land to Jeremiah R. Alexander.

The more information you can give about the people you mention, the more chance there is of someone else connecting with your family.
Dates and places of births, deaths and marriages all help to place families.
Professions also help.
'My great-grandmother mother was a Douglas from Montrose' does not give many clues to follow up! But a bit of flesh on the bones makes further research possible. But if we are told who she married, what his profession was and where the children were baptised, then we can get to work.
Maybe it is time to update the information in your profile?
