A collection of historical and genalogical records
I have been poking around records for the Douglases in Ballynahinch.
It seems the family details in the link you are unable to open are the ancestors of the Douglases who owned the Funeral Parlour of their name in the town. If you search (top right) for Thompson Douglas Ballynahinch it should reach Raewyn's page where you should find it.
I have just found this: https://douglashistory.ning.com/photo/douglas-family-births-entered-in-bible-from-1838?context=album&albumId=3482022%3AAlbum%3A87149
Is this your family?

Have you made any further progress with your family?
Yours aye,

The more information you can give about the people you mention, the more chance there is of someone else connecting with your family.
Dates and places of births, deaths and marriages all help to place families.
Professions also help.
'My great-grandmother mother was a Douglas from Montrose' does not give many clues to follow up! But a bit of flesh on the bones makes further research possible. But if we are told who she married, what his profession was and where the children were baptised, then we can get to work.
Maybe it is time to update the information in your profile?
