I note that Martin Lawrence Douglas married Lisa Catherine Rankin in Fiji, and that Juliana Catherine Spiller, who married Capt. Walter Michael Aubrey Douglas, was buried in Fiji.
The Barrack family also have connections with Fiji. There is a theory that the earliest of this family was the son of the 2nd earl of Dumbarton. Barrack and Douglas DNA has similarities.
I am sure there are more connections yet to be identified.
